What is Pixel’s Apothecary?

Hmm, what to write, what to write. This is so odd to be writing on just one sheet of paper and not the multiple scraps or notes. But I’ve been told it is easier to follow along and copy my writings for the “blog” if I write on just one sheet.

My first mission is to explain why we exist in the first place! So, here I go.

This Apothecary exists because I wanted to create somewhere that I would be able to craft, create and express myself in peace. I enjoy creating crazy concoctions which most people don’t trouble themselves to craft. But you know what I figured out? Other people want a space like that too, a place where they are safe, accepted and able to be themselves. So I thought it would be the best idea to open it up to all of you!

While I created this place first for myself, I feel that it is time for everyone to have a place to feel safe and accepted. I understand what it feels like to be in a world who see you as odd and silly. But here in the Apothecary, I am regarded and unique and one of a kind, as will you.

So! That is why this place exists! I hope you join me here, whether you need a rest, somewhere to stay awhile, a friend to talk to, tea to drink or simply to browse, Welcome friend.
